ROLE:
Maintenance of in-house system.
Be the primary point of contact with respect to Net Rate Bids.
Co-ordinate the distribution of pricing and T&Cs.
Facilitate account application and billing set-up.
Responsibility for specific Source Markets.
Handle queries with regard to Inclusive Tour programmes and related database.
Provide day-to-day database support for European Leisure Sales teams in those source markets.
Develop a strong rapport with all stakeholders, including Sales Account Managers, HESC, countries and personnel.
Secure agreement from participating countries to all non-pricing related commercial terms.
Coordinate Account Updates with the Pricing Analyst in preparation of rate updates.
Ensure contractual compliance.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Organisational and planning skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and Power point.
Capable of working under pressure and to deadlines.
An enthusiastic attitude and ability to work under own initiative as well as within a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in English.
Another EU – Language and understanding of different country cultures desirable.
