Job description CUSTOMER INTERACTION REPRESENTATIVE – CZECH/GERMAN

ROLE:

The primary task is to act as an interface between the customer and technical support.
Answer telephone in a timely and courteous manner; display exceptional customer service skills.
Accurately enter detailed Business Impact of customer problem to hand over to mission Critical Support in case of message escalation request.
Accurately respond to inquiries regarding all areas of Call Center Activity.
Use multiple database and GUI screens to access information on all projects (multiple applications may be required during a single phone call).
Navigate Intranet to locate accurate responses to caller questions.
Communicate clearly and effectively with caller.
Manage length of calls.
Recognise and manage assertive customer calls.
Promote teamwork and call center success.

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English, Czech and German.
Excellent written communication and documentations skills.
Moderate computer skills, PC&Internet and ability to navigate multiple applications during single call.
Ability to operate various phone systems.
Excellent oral communication skills.
Ability to comprehend, interpret, explain and make decisions in accordance with established procedures and practices.
Previous call centre experience is an advantage.
