GLOBAL ACCOUNT SERVICE MANAGER – GERMAN
Salary: €35,000 + excellent benefits
Location: Cork
ROLE:
Manage the introduction and integration of Fortune 1000 customers & key resellers.
Participate in pre-sale diligence.
Negotiate & define requirements for Fortune 1000 companies & key resellers.
Deliver product/service specs to appropriate departments.
Determine appropriate delivery models & infrastructure needs.
Monitor service performance & traffic analysis for top tier accounts.
Manage department accountabilities.
Key point for internal and external escalation.
Establish improvement actions & activities and coordinate with appropriate department and management for implementation.
Act Stewardship, including conducting Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly meetings with client.
Manage service &/or development requests to closure.
Take proactive measures to continually evolve and enhance service & support models.
Primary contact for sales regarding Fortune 1000/Global accounts.
Primary contact for key contact/decision makers within account.
Manage high impact notification and disclosure.
Manage notification of product/service modifications and enhancements.
Client reporting.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Native German speaker and fluency in English.
Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
Experience of working with top 50 clients.
Excellent written/oral communication skills.
Strong Technical skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in project management.
Good presentation and meeting management skills.
Ability to interface with clients at varying levels of technical expertise.
Experience of working with a direct sales force.
