INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Company: Major IT Player
Salary: Excellent + great benefits + relocation package
Location: Dublin
ROLE:
Prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline.
Close business to meet monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives.
Pass qualified leads to field sales and partners per established quotas and guidelines.
Partner with Field Sales to maximize coverage across entire territory.
Ensure all strategic and target accounts are fully aware of the company’s Software products and services.
Enhance business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
Work closely with Support & Services to reach services revenue goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide timely and accurate CRM and management reports as requested.
Establish new customers focusing primarily on SMB, web-property organizations, and verticals as directed.
Increase sales to existing customer base.
Sell complete solutions of software, professional services, training and support to enhance the customers ability to succeed.
Work with Marketing Department upon special request to conduct seminars, webinars, assist with trade shows, and other marketing related events in territory.
Travel to customer locations, marketing events, and internal events as required.
Exercise prudent expense controls.

| Qualifications |
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 6 years software sales / marketing / business development experience.
Account Management Sales skills, technical fluency, and solid knowledge of the software infrastructure product set.
Excellent telephone presence and communication skills. Articulate, polite, and engaging manner.
Ability to call CxO and senior mgmt. and speak at a high level in order to qualify prospects for face-to-face meetings.
Hunter and Farmer skills, with the ability to source quality leads and build a sales pipeline.
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment.
Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.
Strong organization skills.
