MARCOM SPECIALIST - GERMAN

ROLE:
The primary purpose of the MarCom Specialist is to assist the Marketing Manager with overall Marketing KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
30% • Event Coordination (Project manage/coordinate tradeshows, seminars and other marketing-related events).
30% • Marcom admin related functions.
25% • Execution of Direct Mail/Email Newsletters (effective distribution, creation and proof reading).
15% • Recruitment and education of certified partners and resellers through email marketing and events (SC events, seminars etc).
Ownership of email marketing newsletters and web sites by country.
Responsible for collecting, distribution and processing of marketing events and solution center visit data in the appropriate dbases (100% of results to be entered).
Plan and control press activities together with PR agency.
Researching and booking free speaking opportunities in the country/region (based on annual education target).
Input relating to partner cooperative activities.
Assistance with monitoring of MDF funds and posting pre-approval forms to the appropriate databases.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate Degree, ie. Diploma – Marketing.
2 - 4 years of related experience.
Must be familiar with technology industry and have preferably experience in a technology company.
Native German speaker and fluent English.
Computer proficiency, knowledge of database programs (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.) and strong internet skills.
Strong organizational, coordination, negotiating and follow through skills (multitasking).
