SMB SALES EXECUTIVE – SPANISH

We are looking for telesales representatives in our Small to Medium Size Business, who will serve as the first point of contact with our existing and perspective customers. This position is responsible for converting sales leads and opportunities into orders by taking phone orders for small and medium business customers via inbound and outbound telephone calls. You will be trained on all of the company’s cutting edge products to ensure that every prospective customer gets a clear understanding of our world-class products & services.
Successful candidates will provide a front line telephone sales service for our small and medium, business customers calling for advice and assistance in choosing and ordering products and promote company products and promotions to all customers requesting general information.

Responsibilities:
Provide first level sales and pre sales support, creating solutions to suit client requests
Close sales and maximise revenue opportunity through cross-selling and up-selling company and third party products
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Understand and apply the company processes and system support
Provide solutions to improve the customer experience where possible
Maintain a database of clients and prospects by ensuring accurate capture of customer information and tracking of all sales leads in our CRM System.
Conduct targeted outbound sales and/or research campaigns organised by the sales managers.
Consistent follow up of Open Opportunities and Pipeline
Achieve on various metrics including sales targets and phone work targets such as talk time and call volumes
Follow up all sales opportunities in a timely manner, updating the status of each
Maintain CRM tracking of all leads, pipeline, customer & internal partners contacts across all areas of influence (inventory, fulfillment, finance and Order Management)
Manage T&C’s negotiation in line with company strategy
Attend relevant product and skill courses.

Qualifications Skills & Attributes Required:
Candidates must:
Be fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English
Have the ability to plan, prioritise and organise
Be Results focused
Possess strong decision making abilities
Possess excellent Technical/Professional Knowledge
Be extremely focused on providing the very best in Customer Service.

Experience & Education:
A business degree is desirable but not essential.
A proven track record in a target driven sales environment.
A background in telesales is essential – (Minimum of 2 Years experience).
Experience in call centre environments is preferable.
