TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT – DUTCH
Company: Major US technology company

ROLE: Telephone and email technical support in Dutch and English.
Escalate more complex customer queries and product-related issues to the Advanced Support Group.
Use own initiative to research technical solutions in client specific information databases, archived mails and the Internet.
Remain courteous and patient with customers at all times.
Be part of a flexible, positive team who enjoy their work.

Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:
Good hardware / software skills.
Previous customer / technical support experience.
Ability to remain professional, confident and patient at all times.
Self motivated and enthusiastic.
Ability to use initiative within supervisor guidelines.
Pleasant, helpful and enthusiastic telephone manner.
Team player.
Interest in technical issues and expanding technical knowledge.
Languages: Native Dutch speaker and a good command of English.
